They tell me scrapbooking is about your photos and using up your scraps and i think lately i have showed that embellishing your page with brochures and receipts can be great for journalling your pages, but they also make great title pages for your album without using any photo's in the title.
This is the title page for a new scrapbooking album i am starting specifically dedicated to our family day out at Jamberoo during our summer school holidays. To celebrate and recognise summer i used really bright colours which are Stampin Up Daffodil delight and Pacific point and accented with Real Red. Which are all colours in our Stampin' Up! brights collection.
As my title page of the album, i used two of the brochures and cut them up, one of them i used to give extra dimension to and pop the image of the brochure. So my title page for my scrap album has no photo's and embellished with die cut words for journalling and the page is about the brochure.
Give it a try to tell the story of your journey
